10/10 with not much else to say
Honestly, from the prompt SIM install, call backs to ask how the service is, if its working, etc. Sarah has customer service nailed down like breathing, just comes natural. She sat on hold for hours with Telus Support just to get me going the same day I got my SIM with a call after it was all said and done to confirm I am good to go. She did this with constant communication and not wasting my time on hold with them.
No I am not paid for this, no I was not offered money or compensation for this. Its my first and only review online because its people like Sarah and the Wundle team that need recognition.
If you are worried about customer service, 10/10.
If you are worried about reception, check the Bell, Telus and Rogers' reception in your area, its going to reflect that 100%.
No complaints or cutting corners. They have everything I need and if its not implemented yet, they have a good reason which mainly starts with making our, the consumer's life easier.
Luke built an amazing team and with a gem like Sarah, no looking back now.
