By far the best wireless provider I've ever had!

By far the best wireless provider I've used in years! Their pricing can't be beat! Their staff are helpful, quick to respond to questions, and any issues (I've had none), and helpful when I've asked questions about possible plan adjustments to better meet my needs! Two friends are moving to them after having issues with one of the Big 3 providers.

I am writing a second review since…

I am writing a second review since their customer service is the example of what customer service should be. I was trying to port my number out but there was a problem and Luke made sure everything was solved and he contacted directly everytime to keep me updated. A big shoutout to Luke who gave me the best customer service.

The staff are incredibly helpful

The staff are incredibly helpful. I had a very good experience with them and would recommend anyone to switch over to Wundle. The agents are so friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. They get my business just on that merit alone but the pricing is awesome. Good job Wundle, you guys are wundleful!

I LOVE WUNDLE! If you’re like me, you dread dealing with company support... Wundle has the most pleasant support team! I had a nightmare to port in to Wundle at my previous carrier’s fault, and Wundle went out of their way to make sure my satisfaction was my top priority, even at odd hours of the night! Talk about dedication... They offer plans cheaper than anybody else! It’s a flat rate, taxes in, unlimited data, talk, and text, to anywhere in Canada, from anywhere in Canada! Perfect for heavy users, I wish they’re more well-known! Highly recommend!

What I appreciate first and foremost a personable and customer experience focused leader at Wundle Mobile (United). How did they impact my experience into a positive one? They delivered in answering any questions I had regarding my SIM card, They listened and apologized and lastly made it right in looking into suitable arrangements. Where Sarah went over and beyond, was the follow-up in ensuring I was happy with the answers provided. Excellent value

I have been with Wundle since Februrary 2021 and I absolutely love this company. They provide a phone plan with all the features I appreciate for a price that is fair. Their customer service is outstanding, so speaking with them is always a pleasure. My mobile phone performs perfectly with Wundle, and I feel like a valued customer. Thank you Luke and Sarah for your excellent commitment to the customer experience: we notice!

Best Customer Service

Never have I ever felt like family at a carrier. The team at Wundle Mobile has treated me more like family rather then just a paying customer. Their social media team was very helpful, they answered all my questions. Questions then couldn't answer they went to their boss and got back to me later in the day.

When a company treats you like family, you know it's going to be a good long lasting relationship. Thank you Wundle Mobile.

Update: September 23rd will make a month of being a customer. Not one problem. Service has been just as good as people on Telus. Being on the same network helps. Love that I pay less then people with the exact same plan.

This phone company is awesome

This phone company is awesome. I love supporting a smaller start-up, rather than directly supporting the telecom oligopoly in Canada. The pricing is very fair AND THEY CONTACTED ME OUT OF THE BLUE TO OFFER ME BETTER SERVICE FOR LESS MONEY!!!

Awesome Service, Cheap Price

They offer plans cheaper than anybody else! It’s a flat rate, taxes in, unlimited data, talk, and text, to anywhere in Canada, from anywhere in Canada! Perfect for heavy users

As soon as I can I'm switching the gf to them as well. Have had some issues but Sarah and others have been extremely fast and fixed issues

I’m with Telus switching to wundle (Telus corporate account) and it’s such a big pain in the butt, but Sarah is taking her time to contact Telus for me to get the transfer of ownership going since the Telus representative told me I gave the wrong account number than hung up on me

10/10 with not much else to say

Honestly, from the prompt SIM install, call backs to ask how the service is, if its working, etc. Sarah has customer service nailed down like breathing, just comes natural. She sat on hold for hours with Telus Support just to get me going the same day I got my SIM with a call after it was all said and done to confirm I am good to go. She did this with constant communication and not wasting my time on hold with them.

No I am not paid for this, no I was not offered money or compensation for this. Its my first and only review online because its people like Sarah and the Wundle team that need recognition.

If you are worried about customer service, 10/10.
If you are worried about reception, check the Bell, Telus and Rogers' reception in your area, its going to reflect that 100%.

No complaints or cutting corners. They have everything I need and if its not implemented yet, they have a good reason which mainly starts with making our, the consumer's life easier.

Luke built an amazing team and with a gem like Sarah, no looking back now.

This company truly cares

This company truly cares. I found their deal on Facebook though an ad and thought it was honestly too good to be true. Well it’s not. Sarah in customer service is literally AMAZING! I’ve had a few small hick ups as any newer company does and she has been amazing and helped me at all hours of the day. Could not recommend more.

Kicks ass

This company kicks ass. I don’t know how to say “it felt like a risk going with a small new company with few reviews, but I did it and I don’t regret it!” without sounding cliché or suspicious but it’s just… the case.

Basically, you are getting a BYOD plan on one of the major networks, usually at a lower price (maybe about the same because I’m in Quebec). For this price, you get the exact same cellular service with the added benefit of someone of being able to call someone who greets you by name who literally deals with the phone company for you.

You pay less and you don’t have to talk to Telus or Bell. Do you know how effing bonkers that is? I hesitate to say it because I do appreciate the price, but I would venture a guess people would actually pay a premium for that. Wundle takes a solid product and gives it good customer service. I am deeply disloyal to phone companies: I always pay month-to-month and I do not hesitate to switch when the cost-benefit ratio is better elsewhere. But Wundle is the first provider that I’ve ever had where the customer service meaningfully adds value to the cellular service. And I plan to stay with them.

Also, they’re a co-op, which I think is marvellous

This is not a review. I just have a question that no matter how much I looked I couldn’t find anybody to have asked it. RECEPTION. How’s the reception in GTA, on the street and inside the buildings. If I get some true feed back on this I will switch. Also how would I know my phone is compatible? Note 10 unlocked

Hi Alex!

We are currently using Telus' network. I recently spoke with someone in Toronto wanting to switch. We were trying to find out if Telus has good reception in Toronto's subway or not, supposedly they don't. However, I am sure inside of buildings and on the streets you would get very good reception with Telus' network.

The Note 10 is 5G compatible, (according to google) but you don't have to have a 5G phone to use our services. 4G LTE is super fast, and works just fine too. You can manually switch between 5G and 4G LTE in your phone settings :)

i have had a number of big name cell…

i have had a number of big name cell phone providers since cell phones have come out. some of them were good but none of them provided me with the service i have recieved from the wundle team. they have been the best and i have used cell phones since the eighties.

Wundle Mobile. The company that started well but sadly never matched my expectations.

I started using Wundle a few months ago. At first, even with having issues, they seemed helpful and Luke was always on point and willing to help. It was annoying at first to start off with issues but new company new problems and Luke was great.

I was on the Telus network and everything was going fine, always had coverage and it was fast so I had no complaints.

Then I had my first major hiccup and it all has to do with one person there named Sarah who's lack of common first-day customer service skills blows me away.

I switched phones, my E-Sim didn't auto transfer as it should have so I had to request support. it somehow took over 12 hours to get a response and when I did it was unprofessional and rude. I told her I got a new phone, I told her I needed help with my sim card. She asked me why I got rid of my phone as if that somehow mattered. she asked me where it was and if I could get it and what made me think. to get rid of it before I transferred E-Sims and thought it was my fault for not knowing it wasn't going to switch as it should have. For reason, I then had to add her to my personal Facebook for her to call me since I did not have a working phone and she couldn't use a less personal way to contact me EXT Whatsapp or absolutely anything else and when she called me she asked me what to do and how to fix the problem. eventually 24 hours after my phone went off she managed to fix the problem switching to a whole other company for my services for whatever reason.

Problem two occurred with the same Sarah when I found out I lost my job and I needed to cut expenses. So I was switching back to Pre Paid on Freedom mobile. Again she asked me a bunch of stupid questions, Why are you switching, to who are you switching to, did you find a better deal. When i told her i had she actually said to me "figures"
I asked for my account number and she refused to give it to me for hours. saying make the new company call me. when i explained that they would not call her she said and i quote

"I'm tired and i just don't care anymore" and finally after hours of me asking gave me what i wanted to move on away from this company.

The idea here is good. Luke i thank you. and i have the emails and messages if you need them.

Suggestion, ask Sarah to ride into the sunset. She's no good.

Wundle is a really good deal I had the exact same plan with bell I was paying 75$ plus tax it came to 85 bucks wundle charges 70 flat rate tax included a 15$ per month savings I would like to see wundle expand there network get TV and internet packages we need more competition in canada 😀
