How to Activate eSIM for customers who keep their number (Port Request)
Request to keep existing number (port request) occur Monday through Friday until 3PM EST. Request made after 3PM will start the next business day
The process is immediate once you receive and scan the QR code we email to you.
1. Complete your purchase & welcome form
After buying your plan, fill out the welcome form we email you. Once done, we’ll send your eSIM voucher (with a QR code) via email.
2. Open the QR code on another device
Use a second device (like a laptop or tablet) to open the email. With your phone, scan the QR code using your camera or through eSIM settings.
3. Wait for the eSIM to start activating
Once your phone shows “Activating…”, email us at info@wundle.ca so we can finalize the setup.
5. Approve number transfer
Within 24–48 business hours, you’ll get a text on your old SIM card from your current provider asking you to confirm the number transfer. Reply YES to authorize it.
4. Temporary number in use
Your eSIM will be active with a temporary number until your existing number is transferred.
6. Complete the switch
Once confirmed, your old SIM will stop working and your number will move to your new Wundle eSIM automatically.
7. If something goes wrong
Restart your phone if you experience any issues during activation.
