What is the Ambassador program?
When we launched Wundle Mobile, we had one goal in mind. To offer the most affordable unlimited data plan in Canada and provide the best possible customer service. Since our launch, we have been overwhelmed with positive recognition for our customers, community, and partners. We quickly realized that we would need the continued support of dedicated members to help us maintain excellent customer service.
That is where you come in. We are looking for engaged customers to handle customer queries, questions, and provide feedback to those looking for answers via our social media channels.
What are the requirements?
😎 You are an existing Wundle Mobile customer 😎
💬 You have availability to answer customer questions and queries via our social media channels 4:00pm-9:00am ET, Monday through Friday, and at any times throughout the weekends
📱You are active on social media (Facebook & Instagram)
❤️ You love helping people
