How to activate for customer who keep their number (Port Request)

*Request to keep existing number (port request) occur Monday through Friday until 3PM EST. Request made after 3PM will start the next business day

1. Notify us when your SIM arrive

2. Keep your old SIM card in your phone and have your Wundle SIM nearby.

3. Approve the port request text from your current provider within 90 minutes of receiving it.

4. Once your old service stops working, insert the Wundle SIM and restart your phone.
