How to Activate Your SIM Card

SIM Card Delivery

  • Domestic shipping costs are included in your one-time, lifetime Wundle membership fee of $20.

  • Included delivery is dependent upon Canada Post’s sustainable capabilities. Their reliability has, unfortunately, proven to be unreliable of late.

  • However, express postage, with tracking, is available upon request for an additional $25 fee.

  • Say the word and you’ll be sorted and satisfied, without union strikes or bureaucratic/holiday-based volume delays.

How to activate for members who wish to keep their existing number

*Requests to keep existing numbers (= port requests) occur Monday through Friday until 3PM EST. Requests made after 3PM will start the next business day.

1. Notify us when your SIM arrives.

2. Keep your old SIM card in your phone and have your Wundle SIM nearby.

3. Approve the port request text from your current provider within 90 minutes of receiving it.

4. Once your old service stops working, insert the Wundle SIM and restart your phone.
